Statement.

This statement is made by Exxen Limited trading as Ashton Blake Consultants in line with the spirit of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. While our annual turnover does not currently require us to publish a mandatory statement under section 54 of the Act, we publish this statement voluntarily to be transparent about our commitment.

1. Our commitment

We are committed to a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and the exploitation of workers in any form — both within our own operations and across our supply chain.

2. Our business & supply chain

Ashton Blake Consultants provides consultancy services to UK and international specialist subcontractors. We do not operate site labour ourselves; we advise clients who do. Our direct supply chain is small and consists primarily of professional services providers (IT, accounting, legal).

3. Policy

• We do not enter into commercial relationships with parties known to use forced or compulsory labour
• We expect our clients to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 in their operations
• Where we identify or suspect any breach within a client's operations during our engagement, we raise concerns directly and, if necessary, withdraw from the engagement
• All our partners and staff are aware of indicators of modern slavery in construction-sector operations

4. Due diligence

We screen new clients and supply-chain partners for known compliance issues. We review this position annually.
